Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines). Working shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM UTC to support the Americas region.

What you will do
- Manage A2P 10DLC registrations and navigate complex local regulatory telecom landscapes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize messaging channels, including Hosted SMS and WhatsApp Business API integrations.
- Collaborate with Onboarding Coaches to execute customer follow-ups and track implementation milestones in Salesforce.
- Utilize internal automation and AI tools to resolve repetitive technical queries and reduce administrative drag.
- Maintain detailed account records and convert customer feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing onboarding role.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
- Available to work shift coverage for Americas (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM UTC).
- Strong emotional intelligence and experience in trust-building with high-pressure clients.
- Ability to handle complex data flows across integrations and evolving workflow models.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API template approvals and account connectivity.
- Familiarity with A2P 10DLC compliance or carrier number porting processes.
- Direct experience with Twilio or other CPaaS platforms.
