Salary: €8,075 — €10,925 EUR per month

What you will do

• Define and execute the Order domain's vision and strategy alongside Product, Design, and Data leadership.
• Manage domain delivery, balancing technical strategy with business initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 Engineering Managers and a Staff Engineer to ensure high performance.
• Optimize organizational efficiency by refining processes and fostering a "get stuff done" (GSD) culture.
• Ensure engineering practices within the domain align with company-wide principles.
