Salary: 6,000–7,080 EUR gross monthly (plus yearly bonuses and RSU package).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for one or more agile engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software output.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with product managers and engineering leadership.
• Design and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, testing, and observability.
• Lead the full people management lifecycle, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coach and mentor engineers at all levels to build the next generation of technical leaders.
• Influence technical architecture and guide decisions for scalable, reliable backend systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Vilnius office at least 3 days per week.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams in the travel industry focused on supplier integrations (GDS, NDC, APIs).
• Strong technical fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, and backend architecture.
• Proven track record of managing the full people management lifecycle and developing engineering talent.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
