Tech Lead (Integrations)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn (Hybrid)

Salary: €4,700–€6,050 Gross (depending on location)

What you will do

• Oversee software development in alignment with product priorities.
• Organize team workflows, foster collaboration, and drive progress toward goals.
• Define technical solutions, assess risks, and craft system architectures.
• Engage in hands-on programming for complex problems and proof-of-concept prototyping.
• Conduct retrospectives and implement process enhancements based on team insights.
• Mentor team members through one-on-one meetings and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Technical Lead or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in web development technologies including PHP, MySQL, NoSQL, Docker, and Redis.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and a product-oriented mindset.
