What you will do

• Evaluate new technology partner and solution opportunities and onboard partners when appropriate.
• Build and manage partner-driven programs with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, technical services, and external stakeholders.
• Develop partner strategies, business plans, campaigns, quarterly initiatives, and go-to-market plans.
• Create partner and program collateral and align internal and partner resources to execute initiatives.
• Monitor enablement activities, performance metrics, accountability, and partner return on investment.
• Communicate program potential and secure buy-in from vendors, stakeholders, and executives.

Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Experience with business planning, strategic marketing plan development, trend analysis, and business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of partner-driven technology channels, IT market dynamics, competitive insights, and value-added technology services.
• Advanced presentation, analytical reasoning, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence vendors and executives, manage changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
