Senior Quotations Specialist

What you will do

• Quote moderate to high profile and complex projects requiring deep product knowledge.
• Review bid packages, including technical requirements, approved manufacturers, and project drawings.
• Manage the RFQ process by issuing requests to vendors and preparing bid tabulations.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and suggest appropriate substitute products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business.
• Utilize digital tools to sell, promote, and demonstrate product knowledge to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or an adjacent industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from State College, PA (role involves physical warehouse and office presence).
• Ability to identify, read, and review project drawings (one-lines, gear/lighting schedules, and layouts).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF editors (Blue Beam or Adobe).
• High School diploma or GED.
