What you will do

• Administer compensation and benefits programs for the Customer Support team, including base pay, shift differentials, and bonuses.
• Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, including input validation and ensuring accurate, on-time payouts.
• Develop and maintain clear internal policies and instructions regarding pay and benefits processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pay and benefits queries from team members and leads.
• Track and reconcile various compensation types to identify and resolve discrepancies early.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and management to align rewards practices with business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles with multiple compensation types (bonuses, allowances, etc.).
• Experience writing and maintaining process documentation and internal policies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required for documenting processes and communicating with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with shift-based teams or Customer Support.
• Background in the iGaming industry.
