What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical, sales, and corporate roles.
• Administer HR processes including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and manage employee benefits and HRIS updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and source top talent.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and internal HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of combined experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a multinational organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and ATS platforms.
