Salary: $110,706 - $145,303 USD (base pay)

What you will do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, clean room HVAC, clean steam, cryogenic storage equipment, and process equipment/systems.
- Perform plumbing, pipefitting, and millwright activities for mechanical systems, utilities, and process equipment.
- Carry out minor upgrades and installations of facilities and systems.
- Support on-site equipment maintenance and critical utilities maintenance, including asset management, reliability, and cost-improvement initiatives.
- Use CMMS and good documentation practices (GDP) to complete work orders and support maintenance-driven quality events (Deviations/Investigations, OOTs, Change Controls, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA).
- Maintain compliance with applicable codes and regulations (FDA, EPA, OSHA, DEA, and TSA as applicable) and keep required licensing/certifications current.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or a regulated environment; ideally cGMP cleanroom manufacturing experience under aseptic conditions.
- Trade/technical school certification (or military equivalent) and proficiency in more than one craft; journeyman status in at least one craft.
- Required experience with CMMS (or similar maintenance management system).
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work approximately noon to 8:30pm and accommodate schedule changes, including other shifts and on-call support as needed.
- Job duties require exposure to biological materials and hazardous chemicals; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or related industry.
- Experience in controlled cleanroom environments under aseptic conditions; experience with HVAC and cleanroom maintenance.
- Experience with building automation systems (PLC, HMI, sensors) and environmental monitoring systems.
