What you will do

• Provide customer service in English and French by answering inbound calls (general inquiries, registration follow-ups, and sales/order requests).
• Process and manage large volumes of client documentation with strict attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Inform clients about current regulations/policies and how they affect access to medical cannabis.
• Update and process documents in the CRM database; assist with forms and online procedures.
• Resolve complaints using critical thinking and document each interaction for Health Canada.
• Support shipping and registration account issue troubleshooting and follow up on requests via phone, chat, email, and case management.

Requirements

• Language: English and French required (verbal & written)
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience with VAC processes.
• Experience with 3rd party billing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound call environment with extreme attention to detail.
