What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end AI use case process from intake and discovery through governance review and backlog management.
• Perform business systems analysis by documenting requirements, workflows, and process dependencies.
• Coordinate critical security, privacy, and compliance reviews to ensure AI governance prior to leadership decisions.
• Maintain authoritative portfolio visibility and independently identify risks or stalled items within the AI pipeline.
• Coordinate the execution of AI onboarding, training programs, workshops, and the AI Ambassador Network.
• Develop executive-ready communications and operational dashboards to surface trends and decision-relevant insights.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and prioritize multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Jira, or Power Platform.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and presenting recommendations to senior executives.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and enterprise AI operating models.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
