What you will do

• Elevate the visual language to serve both technical IT audiences and business end-users.
• Define interaction principles and design standards for experiences across the product.
• Set the vision for iconography, illustration, and messaging to ensure a consistent product voice.
• Partner with product designers, PMs, and engineers to embed design system thinking into the roadmap.
• Build and govern a scalable, well-documented component library.
• Champion AI-assisted design and handoff workflows to speed up the concept-to-ship process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product, visual, or UX designer.
• Substantial hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system.
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications is a must.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, including component architecture, variants, and design tokens.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Online portfolio demonstrating design systems work and user-centered solutions.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
