What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain C# applications and systems using .NET Core.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications to optimize performance.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude into the workflow.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience as a C# Developer.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, including .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
• Must be a UK resident for at least 5 years and eligible for SC clearance.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Blazor, or Angular.
