Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects as the primary delivery contact.
• Configure the platform to fit sustainability use cases, including data integration and survey design.
• Deliver tailored training and enablement sessions to ensure customer autonomy.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear project timelines.
• Translate customer sustainability requirements into actionable configurations and workflows.
• Gather and structure feedback from customers to provide insights for product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, Colorado.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Early-career professional with experience in consulting, project management, SaaS, or environmental science.
• Solid theoretical grounding in carbon accounting and climate frameworks.
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
• Comfort with digital platforms and data management.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with SaaS tools or sustainability software.
• Degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, finance, or engineering.
