Location: Must be based in or open to relocating to Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, or Utah.

Salary: $57,800 – $98,260 base salary (OTE: $68,000 – $115,600).

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, synthesizing business needs and communicating insights internally.
• Conduct regular high-touch customer activities, including service reviews and enablement sessions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase product adoption and growth within assigned accounts.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth early adoption and measurable success.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating resolution across teams.
• Track and report on key account health metrics to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Mountain West region (ID, MT, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, MO, TX, WY, CO, NM, or UT).
• 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Proven track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering business value.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to address customer needs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geosystems, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
