SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Hybrid role with 50% on-site presence required in Madrid, Spain, or Baden, Switzerland, depending on the assignment. The engagement requires 5 days per week, 100% availability, and full workload commitment.

What you will do

• Provide senior technical consulting and daily operational support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Implement HR module rollouts for Performance Management, Goals, and Compensation.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and configure solutions aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot interfaces between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems and manage HR data flows.
• Provide second- and third-level incident support in line with agreed service-level agreements.
• Advise HR teams, Business Process Owners, key users, and implementation partners across multiple locations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in production environments.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central and strong knowledge of Performance Management and Goals.
• Solid experience configuring Compensation and applying SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
• Experience with requirements management, test management, system interfaces, data replication, and integration architecture.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability 5 days per week with 100% workload commitment and 50% on-site work in Madrid or Baden.

Nice to have

• Spanish or German language skills.
• Experience with Succession Management, advanced cloud implementation practices, and talent management workflows.
• Experience integrating with SAP Finance or HR analytics platforms.
