What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the Thrive Cloud network infrastructure.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, including policies, address objects, NAT rules, and VPN configurations.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall access rules.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement approved network changes and project tasks.
• Follow change control processes and maintain accurate technical documentation in tickets.
• Participate in incident response and escalation activities under the guidance of senior staff.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in network support or administration.
• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent deep knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Practical experience administering Fortinet firewalls (NAT, VPNs, Policies).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, and basic BGP routing.
• Experience supporting Cisco switches and routers in datacenter environments.
• Location: Based in North Bergen, NJ

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, or virtual domains.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or N-able.
