What you will do

• Design, build, and ship production-ready AI integrations to improve developer productivity, including PR assistance, testing support, and documentation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and tool owners to translate AI opportunities into concrete integration points and reference implementations.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews to ensure integrations are reliable, supportable, and aligned with company standards.
• Lead time-boxed PoCs to validate the potential of new AI technologies and partnership opportunities, ensuring clear handovers to owning teams.
• Create comprehensive documentation for solutions to promote knowledge-sharing and facilitate long-term maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior or principal development role delivering developer productivity tooling or workflow automation in complex organizations.
• Expertise in integrating LLM-based tools and agentic workflows into production environments with evaluation and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building integrations on cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, using containers and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery workflows, including CI/CD, code review, and release practices.
• Experience worhirify.global cross-functionally with engineering leaders and stakeholders to drive the adoption of technical solutions.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to architect end-to-end integrations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GCP-native AI services, such as Vertex AI.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow for evaluation or prototyping.
• Deep familiarity with game development pipelines and production constraints.
• Knowledge of ethical AI considerations or regulatory requirements.
