What you will do
- Design and implement agentic workflows using multi-agent frameworks and LLM APIs.
- Define architectural patterns for AI-powered applications to ensure scalability and security.
- Develop and evolve AI solutions using Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal AI platforms and developer tooling.
- Drive the adoption of AI development methodologies like BMAD or Specification-Driven Development.
- Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil
- Solid experience developing applications with Python
- Hands-on experience building solutions powered by Generative AI and LLMs
- Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows using multi-agent frameworks
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable design
- Advanced English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
- Background in SRE, monitoring, and observability tools
