What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
• Design and optimize LLM-powered autonomous agents and workflow orchestrations.
• Create integrations to connect AI agents with enterprise data systems, APIs, and services using responsible AI principles.
• Architect AI infrastructure, defining guardrails, access controls, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS using Terraform.
• Implement monitoring and observability for agent interactions, model drift, and token economics.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams of software engineers and data scientists, setting technical playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing production-grade systems using Python or TypeScript.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with multiple LLMs, generative AI applications, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states (e.g., CA, NY, TX, VA, WA, etc.).
