Mechanical Commodity Management Intern

Location: Onsite at the Woodlands manufacturing site in Singapore

What you will do

• Learn and support the management of a specific mechanical commodity for hirify.global System/HDD products.
• Create a visual representation of the commodity management process.
• Update cost information in the SAP ERP system.
• Collaborate with the Commodity Management Team to improve and optimize workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors while developing negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools used in supply chain and data analysis.
• Ability to use Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards and communicate essential information.
• Analytical thinking, effective communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
