What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of mechanical commodity management and create comprehensive visual process representations.
• Utilize the SAP ERP system to efficiently update cost information and ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Commodity Management Team (CMT) to optimize and improve internal workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with diverse teams to maintain supply chain business continuity.
• Learn the art of negotiation through guided interaction with key stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to create effective dashboards using analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for articulating ideas to stakeholders and vendors.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Woodlands site in Singapore.
