Client Experience Representative

Location: Hong Kong; stationed at the Maison in Central and able to work evenings and weekends when needed.

What you will do

• Welcome clients, answer general enquiries, and resolve issues in line with hirify.global global service standards.
• Process payment transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support bids, paddle registration, account setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day client enquiries.
• Facilitate fulfillment for auction and retail property.
• Coordinate with Registrars, Facilities Management, Postsale Services, the Bids Department, Client Advisors, and other business units.
• Support security and compliance procedures, colleagues, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent and preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is essential.
• Strong client service, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, work independently, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Good Excel skills for daily POS and credit card settlement, plus sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the art or luxury retail industry or client servicing.
• Understanding of auction or luxury retail operations.
• Previous SAP experience.
