What you will do

• Map and prioritize AI automation opportunities within day-to-day marketing processes to eliminate manual work.
• Design and build AI agents for content production, campaign operations, lead routing, and personalization.
• Own the full lifecycle of deployed agents, including monitoring, debugging, and continuous iteration.
• Develop dashboards to track workflow automation metrics such as time saved, error rates, and business impact.
• Evaluate and implement new AI models, agent frameworks, and automation platforms.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and governance across all deployed marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation engineering, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and campaign operations.
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI Assistants.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with marketing data structures (HubSpot, GA, Marketo).
• Must be based in or able to relocate to London.
