What you will do

• Co-lead day-to-day digital design and production tasks including layout, template-building, and final file preparation.
• Define page designs and user flows for new and existing web and CRM experiences.
• Oversee and support the work of junior design team members.
• Collaborate with design leadership, project managers, and cross-functional departments to ensure brand standards.
• Develop localized artwork and adapt game/hardware assets for various digital marketing formats.
• Present design efforts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid)
• Proven experience in digital and production design within a marketing environment.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong experience designing web, mobile, and CRM layouts using established design systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of design theory, including typography, layout, and color hierarchy.
