What you will do

• Design visually compelling interfaces for web, mobile apps, social media, and offline touchpoints.
• Develop intuitive UI/UX flows, including wireframes and interactive prototypes that balance usability with visual appeal.
• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive design tasks and enhance creative output during high-demand periods.
• Plan and produce high-impact visuals for social media channels, ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to maintain a unified brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Ideate and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including motion graphics and performance marketing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Design & Animation Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Practical experience in web and mobile application UI/UX design.
• Prior experience in managing and creating content for social media platforms.
• Must provide a digital portfolio (e.g., Behance) showcasing a wide range of creative projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, HTML, and Google Web Designer (HTML5 banners).
• Skills in photography, lighting, and cinematography.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
• Knowledge of sketching and drawing.
