What you will do

• Lead the optimization of existing bidding strategies and deliver new ones into production.
• Formulate complex bidding problems mathematically and apply control-theoretic methods.
• Analyze closed-loop feedback effects to improve advertiser ROI efficiency.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable system implementation.
• Mentor and develop a team of algorithm engineers.
• Drive innovation in the agentic development era.

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree (MSc/PhD) in applied mathematics, optimization, control theory, or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in algorithmic problem-solving.
• 2+ years of managerial or technical leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade algorithms.
• Experience driving measurable business impact through algorithmic improvements.
• Experience leveraging agent-based coding tools for development and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Real-Time Bidding (RTB).
• Knowledge of Auction Theory.
