What you will do

• Operate studio and robotic cameras, lighting, vision, and sound equipment for live and recorded output.
• Prepare and rig broadcast equipment and product demonstration set-ups for studio and location shoots.
• Collaborate with the Camera Supervisor, Technical Operations Manager, and Studio Director to ensure show readiness.
• Maintain safe working practices, including cable rigging and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Support shift handovers and contribute to consistent technical excellence across broadcast operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support the training of new team members as needed.

Requirements

• Considerable hands-on broadcast experience in a live television studio environment.
• Relevant qualification such as a Foundation Degree, HND, or equivalent in TV Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical understanding of digital broadcast systems, camera chains, and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chiswick, West London, on a full-time basis across early and late shifts.
