What you will do

• Partner with customers' engineering teams to integrate SDKs and APIs into their platforms.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.
• Build internal tools and write reusable code to improve the developer experience and API efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the feature roadmap based on real-world integrations.
• Debug complex issues across multiple APIs and data integration flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or solutions engineering with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in writing production code in TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and complex data integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of shipping complex systems in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or HR tech.
• Knowledge of global payroll, benefits, or insurance systems.
• Background as a solo-founder or in early-stage startups.
• Experience with developer experience (DX) tooling.
