Intune IT Engineer (Microsoft Intune)

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve Microsoft client platform services in cloud-based and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, BitLocker, endpoint provisioning, MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, identity governance, and hybrid identity services.
• Operate Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Defender XDR.
• Develop PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph API integrations while maintaining technical documentation, procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Provide second-level technical support, resolve escalated incidents, collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service Desk teams, and participate in upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and resilience initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and hybrid identity services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, endpoint security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft security best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, plus a good understanding of AD DS, Group Policy, DNS, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play, and cross-platform endpoint management.
