What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of B2C digital web and mobile applications.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and release planning.
• Manage project backlogs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project progress.
• Mitigate risks and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery.
• Proven expertise as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team coordination.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is preferred.
