What you will do

• Support the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients, from technical discussions to go-live.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day client queries, tracing issues to their root cause.
• Manage and validate client data, including file-based integrations and scheduled reports.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and reconcile positions to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor recurring processes to identify and resolve exceptions before they impact clients.
• Act as a translation layer between clients and internal product/engineering teams.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in a numerate or analytical field (finance, economics, engineering, sciences, maths) or equivalent early-career experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Genuine comfort with data and detail-oriented problem solving.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Curiosity about financial markets and system processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Internship or 1–2 years of experience in capital markets, post-trade, custody, fund services, or fintech.
• Fluency in additional languages.
