AI Intern (Python/TypeScript)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (office attendance required 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Interview product managers to identify and surface repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
• Design and build scheduled or on-demand AI routines, such as decision digests and feedback aggregation.
• Replace static document-based review processes with interactive, AI-assisted tools.
• Measure time saved and iterate on tools based on user adoption.
• Document all developed systems to ensure long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline during the internship.
• Proficiency in building with APIs and writing scripts or small applications in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and utilizing AI APIs.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders to translate pain points into concrete specs.
• Strong bias toward shipping functional tools iteratively rather than perfecting in isolation.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to product management processes or working within a product team.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with Claude code.
