What you will do

• Develop innovative AI and ML solutions to be integrated within the Product Engineering workflows at NXP.
• Analyze semiconductor test and characterization data using Statistical Data Analysis Tools.
• Collaborate with internal project sub-teams and external interfaces to deliver results on time and at optimal quality.
• Support the development of new machine learning solutions to provide best-in-class data analytics.
• Implement zero-defect screening methods to meet increasing market demands for high product quality.

Requirements

• Master’s student majoring in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis or ML workflows.
• Ability to translate analytical results into practical engineering decisions.
• Must be registered as a student during the entire period of the internship.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.

Nice to have

• Additional coursework in Electronics and/or VLSI Design.
