What you will do

• Deliver communications engineering work packages from design through to commissioning.
• Develop technical documentation including TDDs, LLDs, and implementation plans.
• Integrate communications systems across IT and OT environments.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical oversight to vendors and contractors.
• Mentor junior communications technicians and support change management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Perth, Australia
• Degree in Communications or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in communications engineering.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects from design to implementation.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and cybersecurity principles.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Layer 2/3 switching, routing, and MPLS.
• Knowledge of optical fibre (CWDM/DWDM) and microwave radio.
• Familiarity with VoIP and edge communications devices.
• Experience with DC power systems and communications infrastructure.
