What you will do
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
- Support telecommunications systems, including LAN/WAN networks and video conferencing tools.
- Assist users with IT applications and day-to-day technical queries.
- Gather and document business requirements to support IT project implementations and testing.
- Maintain web-based applications and databases using SQL and Access.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
