What you will do

• Frame complex business problems and translate them into clear, precise ML product strategies and roadmaps.
• Write PRDs, sequence work, and manage trade-offs to keep global partners aligned.
• Act as the connective tissue between various hirify.global brands and the central AI engineering team.
• Drive execution using behavioral data, experiments, and research to guide product decisions.
• Develop scalable AI solutions leveraging on-device ML, server-side models, and LLMs.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of product management experience in tech, ideally with ML or data-driven products.
• Fluent in English (C1) for business meetings and complex discussions.
• Fluent in Korean (C2/Native) for professional interactions in the Seoul office.
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea for hybrid work.
• Ability to accommodate flexible hours for early morning syncs with US teams (EST/PST).
• Proven track record of stakeholder management in high-ambiguity environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML-driven products in Recommendation, Search, Ranking, or Trust & Safety.
• Experience with matching products such as dating apps, marketplaces, or social feeds.
• Background in internal platforms or B2B2C product models.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
