What you will do

• Expand the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, and influencers.
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation processes for new affiliates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide affiliates with necessary tools and marketing assets.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and build reports to optimize channel ROI.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust affiliate strategies accordingly.
• Support fraud detection efforts to identify scams or manipulations within the network.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• English: C1 level (fluency) required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing key partners.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the crypto space.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
