Global Account Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid work with mandatory regular attendance at local hirify.global and client offices, in-person meetings, client events, and company gatherings.

What you will do

• Manage affiliate programmes for strategic international client accounts across different sectors.
• Generate performance reports and provide accurate, insightful analysis to improve campaign activity.
• Conduct regular client calls, support client objectives, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Produce competitor benchmarks, advise on industry trends, and identify opportunities for advertisers.
• Optimise publisher relationships and recruit new publisher opportunities for advertisers.
• Develop client strategies and roadmaps aligned with success metrics, technology, and tracking optimisations.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking principles is advantageous.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to continuously develop expertise.
• Availability for an 8-month fixed-term contract starting in October 2026, with regular office attendance in Paris.
