What you will do

• Serve as a single point of contact for Institutional and Hedge Fund clients regarding operational issues and account management.
• Resolve clearing breaks, trade exceptions, and commission discrepancies to ensure smooth business flow.
• Collaborate with Core Operations groups, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to facilitate commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and educate them on service enhancements.
• Analyze metrics to assess client efficiency and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to reduce risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in Business English and Japanese.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo, Japan.
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.
• High level of motivation, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Nice to have

• 2 years of relevant experience in Listed Derivatives or Equities Operations.
