What you will do

• Acquire, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Achieve annual revenue and net new money targets.
• Advise clients on investment products, services, and wealth planning strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities.
• Monitor and ensure quality assurance in all client servicing requirements.
• Provide expert input for new product development based on market needs.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in private banking.
• Must have a proven AUM book size of minimum USD 200 million.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is strongly preferred for the Japanese market.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Professional qualifications such as CACS Papers I and II are preferred.
