What you will do

• Lead administration of sales opportunities in collaboration with Services Key Accounts and Sales Managers.
• Coordinate communication and planning with customers for service, maintenance events, and mandatory rebuilding kits.
• Manage and channel customer enquiries into the organization, including technical sales.
• Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy for transactions and service business.
• Contribute to sales strategy and Service Key Account Plans using internal and external data sources.
• Manage operational customer relationships and analyze customer satisfaction results.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of leadership experience in administration.
• University Bachelor's degree in technical or business disciplines or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven record of process implementation, discipline, and organizational agility.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
