What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of programs and mission initiatives to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide portfolio management across cyber, intelligence, and targeting initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish and mature project management methodologies, governance processes, and performance metrics.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
• Engage with Government leadership and mission partners to validate requirements and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality executive briefings, white papers, and decision papers.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance (cleared within the last 2 years).
• Must be based on-site full-time in Ft Meade, Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, or Combatant Command missions.
• Experience supporting headquarters-level organizations with program management or strategic planning.
• Proven track record in conducting program assessments and portfolio management for complex military programs.

Nice to have

• Current or previous Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph completed within the past 5 years.
• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, or Joint Staff missions.
• Deep expertise in USCYBERCOM operations and C5ISRT analytic methodologies.
