What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and manage month-end closing.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and produce VAT returns.
• Develop process flow notes to improve internal documentation and controls.
• Support statutory reporting and the year-end audit process.
• Produce insightful financial analysis and management information for stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA (preferably audit trained).
• 2-5 years of post-qualified experience (PQE).
• Experience within financial services (investment management, private equity, banking, or asset management).
• Strong financial accounting and financial control background.
• Advanced Excel skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Must be based in London for hybrid working.
