📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of security controls across apps, services, and cloud infra.
• Build secure development practices; integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own programs for identifying and addressing risks, incl. encryption, access controls, and data handling standards.
• Drive security maturity and secure development in cloud-native environments.
• Embed security into system design and architecture decisions; promote zero trust and defense-in-depth.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–16+ years of experience in security engineering, software engineering, or cloud security.
• Strong background building security across apps, services, and cloud infra; end-to-end controls.
• Experience at scale in cloud-native environments; zero trust and defense-in-depth.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence engineering and leadership.
• Encryption, data protection, IAM, data handling standards; SIEM.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and standards/compliance (healthcare, finance).
