📋 Description
- Own and manage the relationship with a portfolio of customers.
- Build relationships with the C-Suite and Product teams to grow revenue.
- Meet revenue targets; close upsell opportunities and renewals.
- Help customers integrate and launch on Plaid.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex customer challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated relationship management and sales experience.
- Customer empathy and strong desire to see customers succeed.
- Desire to learn Plaid's APIs.
- Familiarity with financial services and technical products; strong curiosity.
- Strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with diverse people.
- Executive-level communication skills – written and verbal.
