What you will do

• Own the design system vision, roadmap, and governance model across enterprise web products.
• Design and implement reusable components and design tokens through design and development workflows.
• Partner with engineering to support Figma-to-code workflows and maintain shared component libraries.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and component creation.
• Establish quality standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and automated validation processes.
• Mentor designers and engineers to elevate visual and interaction design quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design, including 3+ years leading large-scale design systems.
• Proven track record of deploying production design systems from Figma to shipped code.
• Strong front-end knowledge including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based frameworks like React.
• Advanced Figma expertise, including variables, tokens, component architecture, and auto layout.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG principles.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, fintech, or complex B2B data-heavy applications.
• Experience establishing governance models and managing design system operations.
