What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure to support internal business operations.
• Assist in system configuration, data center operations, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud, network, and database solutions.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to hands-on projects to support corporate business goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BSc in Communication Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.
• At least two years remaining until graduation.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Knowledge of computer networks and protocols (CCNA is a significant advantage).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• English: Very good written and spoken proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with IT support.
• Previous technical experience with networks.
• Knowledge of Python, Perl, or Ansible scripting.
