What you will do

• Provide responsive first- and second-line IT support to employees in the Tel Aviv office and global teams.
• Support core identity and productivity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID, M365, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud.
• Maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services in collaboration with the wider IT team.
• Administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and manage SharePoint sites and permissions.
• Build simple automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline operational tasks.
• Manage endpoint installations and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships included).
• Solid working knowledge of supporting both Windows and macOS devices.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID and M365 identity and security tools.
• Interest in scripting and automation with some exposure to PowerShell or Python.
• English: Good written and spoken communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Ramat Gan office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AWS and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with JumpCloud or similar MDM/cloud directory platforms.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and on-premises to cloud migration projects.
• Experience working with IT support tickets against SLAs and KPIs.
