What you will do

• Support and maintain IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environments across various technical domains.
• Perform production support, incident resolution, and operational troubleshooting.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security through monitoring and tuning.
• Manage job control, scheduling, and system availability.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to meet SLA and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe environments.
• Proven expertise in z/OS and at least one core discipline (CICS, DB2, RACF, or system operations).
• Strong working knowledge of z/OS fundamentals including JCL, TSO/ISPF, and operational processes.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, highly available enterprise production systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid-friendly environment in Israel.
