What you will do

• Continuously monitor production systems, applications, and infrastructure using enterprise platforms.
• Respond promptly to alerts, investigate incidents, and perform first-line troubleshooting.
• Manage incident tickets and ensure accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams following operational procedures.
• Execute operational runbooks, health checks, and routine tasks.
• Provide comprehensive shift handovers to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Availability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and VPN.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Previous experience in a NOC, IT Operations, or Technical Support environment is an advantage.
